1. About this service

Jatevo connects your tools to AI providers and lets a workspace manage individual API keys, permissions and usage. These terms cover this website, the console and its gateway endpoints. By using the service or continuing a connection, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the gateway.

Jatevo is an independent service. It is not OpenAI or ChatGPT, and is not endorsed by or affiliated with a provider merely because that provider appears in the connection list. Provider names and marks identify the services you choose to connect.

2. Your accounts and permission to connect

Connect only accounts and credentials you own or are authorized to administer. You must also have the provider’s permission for the way you use them. Approval on a provider’s sign-in page authorizes a technical connection; it does not grant additional contractual rights.

A workspace connection can serve requests made with keys issued to workspace members. Grant access only where your provider agreement permits it. Individual subscription plans may prohibit sharing, third-party access or resale, including within a team. A Jatevo setting or invitation does not override those restrictions.

For ChatGPT connections, review the OpenAI Terms of Use and any agreement that applies to your account. OpenAI’s individual-account terms restrict sharing account credentials and making an account available to other people.

3. Subscription and third-party risks

Subscription connections depend on provider sign-in methods, account permissions and services that can change without notice. A connection may stop working, require another sign-in, lose access to models or reach a usage limit. Providers may restrict or suspend accounts or terminate access under their terms. You may lose remaining subscription access or credits; Jatevo cannot reverse a provider’s decision or promise a refund from that provider.

Requests consume the connected account’s capacity and may cause charges under your provider agreement. Jatevo allowances limit admission to this gateway; they do not reserve provider quota or guarantee availability. Connecting ChatGPT does not turn a subscription into an official OpenAI API plan.

Protect your keys and workspace access. A compromised key, account or server can expose data or permit unauthorized use. Review AI output before relying on it; responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service for your own work or authorized team work, subject to applicable law and provider terms. Do not resell, rent or transfer access through this service; connect someone else’s account without permission; send data you are not entitled to disclose; bypass provider restrictions or usage limits; or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Administrators are responsible for member invitations, permissions and allowances. Each member is responsible for protecting their own keys and the requests made with them. Report suspected misuse promptly.

5. Data and connection credentials

Connecting an account authorizes Jatevo to retain the connection credentials needed to forward requests for your workspace until you disconnect it. Sign-in takes place with the provider. Our Privacy policy explains credential storage, request processing, retention and deletion requests.

6. Provider payments and availability

Your subscriptions, credits and provider charges remain governed by your provider agreement. This gateway does not hold funds or payment methods in custody and does not promise any provider entitlement. Any separate paid Jatevo offering requires its own disclosed pricing and terms.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular model, compatibility with every tool or error-free output. Keep independent copies of information you need.

7. Disconnecting or ending access

You can stop using the service, revoke your Jatevo keys or ask a workspace administrator to remove your access. Administrators can pause or disconnect provider accounts. Disconnecting stops future routing through that connection; it does not cancel the provider subscription or necessarily terminate an already-running request. You can also revoke access through the provider.

We may restrict keys or connections to address misuse, security incidents, legal obligations or provider requirements. Records and backups may remain as described in the Privacy policy.

8. Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jatevo does not provide warranties of uninterrupted service or assume responsibility for provider outages, provider account actions, inaccurate AI output, or losses caused by unauthorized use or your breach of these terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies this version. Review the linked terms before starting a new connection; consent records identify the policy revision shown. These terms do not replace your provider agreements.
