Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern access to Jatevo Balancer, including Jatevo websites, dashboards, playgrounds, APIs, model routes, endpoint listings, and related services.

By accessing or using Jatevo, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and only in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and any additional notices shown in the product.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the activity under your account, API keys, wallet connections, credentials, and integrations.

You must protect your credentials and notify Jatevo if you believe your access has been compromised. Jatevo may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the service, users, providers, or third parties.

AI Outputs and User Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing prompts, files, outputs, code, recommendations, and other generated content before relying on, publishing, sharing, or using them.

Jatevo does not guarantee that AI outputs are correct, lawful, non-infringing, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

Experimental Models

Some models, routes, or endpoints may be marked experimental, uncensored, preview, beta, partner-managed, or otherwise limited. These models may behave unpredictably and may produce content that is inaccurate, unsafe, biased, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with ordinary production model safeguards.

Experimental models are provided for evaluation, research, comparison, and exploratory use only. Use at your own risk and DYOR. Do not submit personal data, confidential information, client data, trade secrets, credentials, regulated health or financial data, or other sensitive information unless you have reviewed and accepted the applicable data handling terms and have authority to do so.

Do not rely on experimental model outputs for financial, legal, medical, safety-critical, employment, credit, housing, insurance, government, or other high-impact decisions. Human review is required before any material use.

For certain experimental models, Jatevo may require an in-product acknowledgement before a prompt is sent. That acknowledgement is part of these Terms and confirms that you understand the model is experimental, accept the risks, and are responsible for your prompts and use of outputs.

Jatevo may add, remove, relabel, rate-limit, monitor, restrict, or disable experimental models at any time, including when provider terms, model behavior, abuse risk, reliability, or legal requirements change.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Jatevo to create, request, automate, facilitate, or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or rights-violating content or activity.

Prohibited uses include malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, platform abuse, evading rate limits or security controls, fraud, scams, doxxing, unauthorized personal data extraction, impersonation, deepfake abuse, sexual content involving minors, weapon construction or violent instructions, hate or harassment, and attempts to harm systems or people.

You may not use Jatevo to violate laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, provider policies, endpoint partner terms, or the rights of any third party.

Data and Confidentiality

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit prompts, messages, files, personal data, confidential information, and other content to Jatevo and its service providers.

Jatevo may process request content and operational metadata as described in the Privacy Policy, including for routing, response generation, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, rate limiting, billing support, and compliance.

Do not submit secrets, credentials, private keys, production database exports, or regulated data unless Jatevo has expressly agreed to support that use case under appropriate terms.

Third-Party Providers and Endpoints

Jatevo may route requests through third-party AI providers, infrastructure providers, cloud services, partner-managed endpoints, and experimental endpoints.

Provider availability, latency, model behavior, data handling, retention, safety behavior, pricing, and restrictions may vary by provider, endpoint, model, region, and configuration.

Endpoint labels are disclosures to help you understand route type and risk. They are not guarantees of provider affiliation, uptime, latency, model identity, future availability, or legal suitability for your use case.

No Professional Advice

Jatevo and model outputs do not provide financial, legal, medical, tax, investment, safety, engineering, compliance, or other professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals and perform independent review before making decisions that could affect rights, health, safety, money, employment, legal status, customers, or third parties.

Availability and Changes

Jatevo may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any service, route, model, endpoint, feature, quota, or pricing at any time.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Jatevo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, exact model behavior, output quality, or compatibility with every use case.

Enforcement

Jatevo may monitor operational metadata, investigate suspected abuse, apply rate limits, block requests, suspend access, revoke API keys, remove endpoints, or report illegal misuse where appropriate.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable security, abuse, compliance, and support requests related to your use of Jatevo.

Relationship to Other Policies

The Privacy Policy explains how Jatevo handles user information, request data, operational metadata, service provider processing, retention, and data rights.

The Endpoint Types Policy explains how Jatevo labels verified direct API endpoints, partner-managed endpoints, experimental endpoints, region, latency, and route verification.
